How that business relationship works?
Are the various fan websites, Dm.C., eDuck, etc., franchises of Scout?
Who actually owns Scout?
Is a local team website renewable as in, is there a contract between Dm.C. and Scout
for a certain amount of time?
How's it all work locally and nationally?
Thanks. . .

Cliff notes: Is there someway to get rid of that site?

No idea how the business relationship works between the various scout.com sites, but the North American Membership Group just bought scout.com in November 2013, so you can get in touch with them to buy it and shut it down.

The purchase price was not disclosed, but reported to be significantly less than the $60 mil. that News Corp paid for it in 2005.

If you don't have the money to buy it, I'd suggest an elaborate scheme to blackmail Jim Heckman.
