Couldn’t agree more, two 18 year olds get drunk, start rolling around naked and then have sex without a condom and that’s now rape.

We are now calling sex “rape” when people wake up the next day and have regrets.

The problem comes when you start trying to prosecute these cases.

Lots of buyers remorse out there. Chick goes to bar has some drinks and ends up banging some guy. It's all consensual but when she goes home and hubby or boyfriend finds her dripping goo "I was raped". Look around, most bars now have pretty sophisticated camera systems. Cops get involved and low and behold there she is making out with the "suspect" which she of course denied when the police took the "rape" report. No prosecutor will touch that Shit.
 
Publicly releasing names from unsubstantiated reports should be illegal. Any girl who gets shit on by a guy can now publicly accuse him of heinous crimes. I speak from experience here. I have dumped dozens of chicks in very unceremonious ways over the years and I am sure if one of them could have tarred me publicly she would have. People have lost their goddamn minds.

We had a cop and some sexual assault specialist from campus come to our frat to have the #rapetalk when I was in college. They made it clear that consent can not be given when you are under the influence. My fren, who is a dumbass, decided to ask a question. "So you're saying that every time I have sex, I'm simultaneously raping and being raped?" Pretty sure they put that guy on the list and #metoo.
