What makes him qualified to keep the Vanderbilt HC job, much less be a candidate for the Colorado or any other HC job?

I'd argue that record makes him a perfect fit for Vanderbilt or Colorado.
 
I dont care what color you are, as long as you are mediocre or less than you can coach against our? beloved Huskies.
