I'm sure that there are some excellent women pilots. But this like all DEI moments calls into question are you a competent [fill in the blank] or are you here because of you are a [fill in the blank] and the competency requirements were waived.
Honestly there are not that many excellent women pilots.
I listened to a female pilot give her motivational speech about the journey to becoming a pilot for the Thunderbirds air team. She was supposed to be inspiring people with how she struggled with confidence and technical details before finally making the cut, but all I kept hearing was how she probably nearly killed people a half dozen times.

yeah the most famous woman pilot is famous for crashing in the middle of nowhere
Hey now, give credit where credit is due. Katy Perry and the rest of the "astronauts" showed incredible courage. Floating around in their spandex with full makeup and taking all the selfies, remembering to take flowers up with them, all that while being "astronauts". It takes some talent I'll tell yah.
