After listening to the deboer yesterday and grubb today on KJR, I came away pretty impressed. Since the hirer, I don't think I have heard either one of them speak before. I didnt know much more than deboers history of winning and i thought he didnt look the part. (Grubb also) It seems we finally have some adults in charge. I feel my little doog starting to grow.
 
I feel like it will be surprising as fuck if UW isn't a well coached team. These guys know what they're doing and sell it well.

Grubb is as blunt when talking as your ever going to find a coach to be who doesn't lose it, or is quitting/retiring and doesn't care walking out the door.

Its refreshing a coach finally justs lays it out there not afraid to hurt someones feelings

I laugh at people dooging over the RBs last couple years. Not one of them will be on the field this year. I would commit to Deboer though his lack of coach speak (Lake) while still sounding like he wants to be here (Peterson) is refreshing

They all suck until they don't. Even though they do seem to look like they know what they are doing but wtf do I know?

But as far as telling it like it is. It is very easy to do when it's the prior staff's recruits you are shitting on.
