Deboer Doesn't Like Purple Rain?

Noticed in I think Bandes' interview recently he said Deboer wants to go into the Dempsey as soon as it starts to rain. Not my favorite thing to hear. Could it trickle to the team sucking in the rain plus is he a guy from where it's either super hot and dry or cold and dry and hates it?
