we have our own players like Ale, Tafisi, Zion, Kaho, Gordon, Taimani there ...

this is extra recruiting during a dead period (iirc). Important shit.

When 1st round draft pick, Danny Shelton, walks around with a cool boombox bag and expensive sunglasses ... kids pay attention.

I said "it sure helps with recruiting when you're first round Poly DT with a big personality is guesting at a major function like the Poly Bowl ... "

DDY, check the link. Danny walking around rubbing shoulders with recruits looking that way and presenting that way ... has a ton of weight. If he is allowed to say "I loved my time at Washington ... and Coach Pete runs a fucking awesome program and you will know you've made the right choice ..." kids will listen. More than 100 Malloe's could influence.
