Something doesn't add up. It's a 20 year drought at this point. Farmers north are using more aqua or something. Of course Commiefornia doesn't have to restrict water in '23 but AZ does. Fuck that.

California had 10 million people in 1950 and today they have near 40 million. You think they expanded their reservoir capacity by 400% since then. Big growth in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas etc. That is what that doesn't add up.

Don't forget Kali diverts huge amounts of water out the the Sacramento delta for the Delta Smelt. A non native species...
 
Should put a pipe in at Bonneville and send a bit to California instead of the ocean... drop it in one of the rivers that flows to lake Shasta. problem solved.

The Columbia at that spot wouldn't notice it gone. And they would need to pay the northwest for the water... a win win....
