This is what always bothered me with all the "Red Wave" talk, you still can beat someone in a statewide race with nothing.

One problem is that being a Republican Senator is an awful reward for supposed public service. You are hated by the MSM and leftards on social media. Your life is in danger and so is your family. If you are honest, competent and intelligent you can do a lot better for yourself by being VP of sales for a decent family owned business or create your own business. Not that there aren't some idiot Republican senators but look at the dem senators. Geezus, what a pile of stupid losers. Oregon has Ron Wyden who couldn't pass the Oregon State Bar exam and Jeff Merkley who puts the stupid on the map. Look at Washington - they have Patty Murray that thought OBL was an enlightened nice Muslim who was building child care facilities across the Middle East. CamelToe Harris was a California dem Senator and what would she be doing in the private sector? Walmart greeter? That's just three states with 6 senators and there is hardly a brain between them and none of them put the US in the top 10, let alone first.

For the GOP they need to look for Senate candidates more in the mold of Tom Cotton, Josh Hawley and Blake Masters. Bright, articulate Vets who can more than hold their own against the Rats/Media. Oz and Hershel are the standard Trump dumbass celebrity picks. Sorry, if you're going to be the Republican nominee in a competitive state you can't be a fucking inarticulate hypocrite like Walker or a complete fraud like Oz.
