Can't imagine having the dazzler research the law to benefit a client. The term "irrelevant" would be continually in the air. Remember all the contemporaneous historical quotes the dazzler came up with to support his position that the Second Amendment doesn't mean anything other than allowing for a black powder musket for deer hunting.
