NFL? MLB? NHL? Who gives a shit, your team wins or loses (or just stops trying in the case of the Mariners) and none of it really matters. It's just a high-end casino for billionaire owners and you're merely a distant spectator, a consumer.

But college football? That's personal, that's family. And it feels like Kalen Deboer and 100,000 Alabama fans just fucked my wife.

College football is a weird ass sport. We care so much about it, and in reality, it is the most unfair playing field imaginable. We choose to be gluttons for punishment.

Give it 4 years when Kalen faceplants. It'll be like the broad that dumped you and you felt so bad and years later you looked back and realized what a fraud they were. We can have good football and good recruiting if we just go out and get it.
