Clinton Foundation Did Not Disclose Donors Despite Hillary’s Promise of Transparency

Odd. I've been the one to sign the IRS Form 990 on a charity the last 4 years. I thought that the IRS would get angry if I didn't disclose donors. I guess I was wrong?
