Just to clarify, when was he "not open to coaching"? Getting fired doesn't mean you didn't want to coach anymore. It means you suck and your employer doesn't fucking want you anymore. You didn't leave voluntarily shit-head.

Steve is an upstanding citizen with the strong moral character that embodies the Baylor mission. He would be a fantastic cultural fit. They would be wise to hire him if he weren't such a terrible football coach.
 
He dresses like a middle aged man who just got divorced. Rockin the business hawk I see.. well I guess if you want to pick up young chics it's a good idea to dress like the boys they are used to dating.. right?
 
I think Sark ends up at a Power 5 school that is desperate to win and has only heard the hype, not the reality. They think the fans will get excited and he'll recruit great players.
