Unsure, but Trump seems to have no interest in having colleges/universities downsize or even close if it is a result of limiting students from countries that are Communist or Socialist.

You can’t be charging people 10s of thousands of dollars for classes on the 5 pillars of Islam and the history of the beetles then output kids with zero practical knowledge and skills that businesses want.
