They are some real fucked up people. This picture was circulating around FB a couple of months ago. Some people truly believed that the picture was real. I guess they've never heard of Photoshop before. They think that the government and airlines are in cahoots and that airline pilots keep the chemtrail stuff secret from the public. FYI - The knob in the electrical section of an MD-11 cockpit overhead panel.
