Check the logs. I have always been the #1 PaoPao fan.

From what I remember Paopao was a lot like most Petersen assistant - regarded as a great developer but legit struggled to even get any prospects to sign on and benefitted from having some local layup recruits.
Keep in mind though while the guys he's committed this year are 4 star guys I don't think they have other Power 2 offers/visits so it's not like he's winning massive recruiting battles.
