There's been talk for years of moving to FCS, but it isn't serious. We? just don't have the money. So, it's a question of commuting somewhere east. The only other D2 program left in the west is Western Oregon. Simon Fraser got abruptly and unceremoniously booted out of the Lone Star for being too far away and too shitty of a program.
WSU is going to pay the price though... it's all about the money, and without it they are going to go down.... I see we? don't play them, which is crazy (we? = UW).
