I called the last game, a slugfest with a touchdown or less win by either team. Predicting a blow out win for this one, the team will ready, angry and prepared. Stanford is a much better team than Cal. We shred Cal like a pre-season cupcake.

I didn't exactly agree with the call, but after thinking it over, I really didn't agree with it because we used an overzealous inexperienced freshman RB who went for the hero play. Run Herbert or run the clock out and punt the ball. Anything but using a freshman in that critical situation. I like what I see from him so far, but boneheaded shit like that won't fly for very long. It wasn't the playcall that was bad, it was the personnel used to execute it.

Oregon didn't expect to play for the natty in year one of Cristobal's tenure. This has already been established in various offseason threads. You would know that if you weren't slumming it in Malmo. HTH.
