Buffs v Bulldogs game postponed-flooding

It ain't that bad. If you didn't build your stadium (or city) in a sieve of a floodplain - that would be a good start to prevent these shenanigans.

"State of emergency" crap is merely a way to fix the mess with fema and other federal monies instead of the paltry city funds.

For the sensitive Sally's out there - we live in Denver. There is a reason real estate is cheap in the floodplain....
