Why would AB be sponsoring drag shows and pay them as influencers when their customer is predominantly men? And then enter into a long term deal with a guy cosplaying as a woman.

Second, what kind of marketing genius would alienate a massive percentage of Bud drinkers with this nonsense?

Do they think they are going to find equivalent market share in the trans community to make up for the red necks who’ll be taking their dollars elsewhere?

That's what I don't get. Even mello knows that Get Woke Go Broke is a real thing. And yet the social pressure on supposedly educated business people at high levels gets them to approve these campaigns without the slightest thought about who is their target audience. Then when things go off the rails the backtracking starts.
 
I wonder how many bud light neon signs are in dumpsters today? Twitter is killing AB because this campaign is simply fucking stupid and should be mocked to hell.
