Softy tweeted a few days ago that Tosh staying could depend on Avalos.
According to Twitter sounds like Bob Gregory is coming to UW. That probably means its going to be Wilcox or Lupoi and not both.

Like it or not, Petersen might actually keep Tosh as his DL coach.
Perhaps Petersen is going to retain Wilcox as DC and move Kwiatkowski to DL like it was in Boise State between 2006-2009?
I'm curious about OC though since Pease is coming in as WR coach, is Petersen going to keep Eric Kiesau?

I wouldn't be surprised if Wilcox isn't retained.
There's already plenty of talk of Wilcox being a HC someday, so he might not provide as much stability as someone like Kwiatkowski. Then again, Coach K might take a demotion for one year while Wilcox stays only for Wilcox to go take the HC job somewhere. That would allow Coach K to pop right back into his DC position and make the transition easy for UW and Petersen.
