Bryson DeChambeau: Rory McIlroy wouldn't talk to me on Sunday | Live From the Masters | Golf Channel

I think the first version of that I watched, I couldn’t really hear the questions. I just watched the version you linked, and I didn’t realize the reporters asked him about it twice. He wasn’t derogatory about it, he just stated what happened. I find it interesting that Rory didn’t say a word to him all day, but not really surprising considering PGA v LIV and what went down in the US Open last year. Rory admitted to being very nervous before the round yesterday, and you could tell by the way he started. And who knows, there may be more backstory there that we have no idea about. Rory’s not really known for being a prick to other players though, so it could just be the combination of nerves and being hyper focused on getting the job done. He was obviously very uncomfortable at numerous points yesterday.

I didn't watch any of it, but saw the clip of Rory putting on the jacket plus a few clips pre round. I've never seen a pro golfer look more uncomfortable. He still looked unsettled putting the jacket on. I can't believe he won.

He was playing for his legacy. You could feel the pressure, and see his exhaustion when he finally won. I don’t think I’ve ever seen genuine emotion like that from a pro, no cool-jacket, just raw…
