BREAKING: 80-year-old woman killed in Seattle carjacking

Sounds like a first time offender and the old lady didn't get out of the car fast enough. Time served before a cash less bail seems to be a suitable punishment.
 
When they catch him they should just tie him to the back of the patrol car and go for a drive.
