I kid... but seriously

Jedd's DC is gone to Texas to pull Sark back off the wagon and he doesnt have a bunch old old NAIA buddies he has to offer positions to. Whoever the top young DC/recruiter is out there... offer them a shitload to come here. Every fucking position coach matters, though. Reach out to Huff and Shep first and see if they'll stay. After that, just make sure you're not filling the staff with a bunch of retreads who despise recruiting
 
We(?) don't need to break the bank for a DC. In fact, we could pay him minimum wage because Pete Carroll is getting paid $15 million by the Seahawks in each of the next two years. Then UW could over pay for Coach Orgeron as DL coach, Ken Norton Jr. as LB coach, and Taylor Mays as DB coach.

It would be Chincredible if that happened.
 
Find a HC at a smaller school, give him a raise to 1-2 mil, have him poach 5-10 players from that school too

Wyoming and WKU both have HCs that are defensive guys and currently making

And, before plays, if there's any metal nearby, fans need to be using their feet, hands, and head to strike it repeatedly. Mainly geared to the Upper Deck Stomp, but I worded it so its universal.
