My sources are telling me that the only reason the local guys are included as minority owners is to try and ingratiate the new EAST COAST owner to city officials. They need a new arena district out of the city and the owner is not a deep pockets guy as compared to what it takes to do that scale of development. Moving to Seattle is the boogeyman ace up his sleeve and still on the table.
