The environment is a very positive one. It's awesome to see, after seeing Gilby tearing down players, Willingham destroying playing careers, Sark disappearing during practice to drink from a flask, Pete having the team often play so uptight, Jimmy mismanaging the team fueled by an overblown ego... To now, where a humble insurance salesman from Centralia, WA, has created a strong and healthy environment in which these players are seeing success and having fun and seemingly caring about teammates and staff. All those guys coming back another year including Odunze and Big Penix Energy was proof of that!
