DC City government passes a Crime bill that lowers the penalty for all kinds of violent crimes, including armed car jackings. House votes to overturn the DC city goverment bill and 173 House Rats vote in favor of allowing DC to pass this bill.

Biden signals he won't veto the House bill thus giving cover to Senate Rats to vote against it. But make no mistake, the majority of all Rats want lower the penalties for people who commit violent crimes, even violent crimes that involve a gun, if the people doing the crime have the correct skin color.
