In almost any year VH1 would dominate for me. But Some Girls was my main party album in college.

Could have easily gone with Cheap Trick or The Cars here. Some Indonesian junk that's goin' round and Substitution mass confusion are two of the greatest lyrical hooks ever.

Police and Dire Straits make a strong case, too.

Love me some Stones but tough competition that year and it wasn't one of their best efforts. VH is their standard bearer.

Nirvana performed "My Best Friend's Girl" at their final concert on March 1, 1994, in Munich.[22][23]

Followed in very close order by VH1, The Cars, and Warren. Rough year to pick, great year to listen...

This year was rich with great albums. I had to hesitate voting for AC/DC with Bon. The competition is TUFF

Powerage is their most under appreciated album

More pandering to the South Sound votes here.

Powerage earns its way here.

If you left off Powerage to include Blondie, The Cars and The Police, that would be pretty strong evidence that you hate rock and roll.
