Reason I ask is... I could picture half the properties on Mercer Island dozed, redeveloped to highest and best use and turned into the biggest kick ass Air B&B on the planet. While simultaneously doing the same with the rest of Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish. Our little utopia will make BANK!
