CHICAGO — The Bears released renderings Tuesday that show what their proposed Arlington Heights campus could look like if they bolt Soldier Field for the northwest suburb.

The Bears are in talks to move to the site of the former Arlington Park racetrack, though the deal is not yet done. Team officials are scheduled to present conceptual plans for a stadium and adjacent district at a 7-9 p.m. Thursday meeting at John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights.

But ahead of that announcement, the team released images and details about what the campus could look like. [/i]

The stadium looks like a giant ice cube.

Didn't Soldier Field just get redone 10 years back?

20 years ago but it still sucks. We entered from the west sideline side and couldn’t get all the way to southeast corner on the main concourse. It was weird. The renovation added a spaceship crashing into the stadium look, upgraded some box & luxury seating areas and not much else.

On the plus side, they had cornhole set up on the main concourse.

Looks like a real estate deal disguised as a stadium

Owners don't mind public money but they want to own the stadium and everything with it these days

Inglewood up to no good is the new standard
