So traffic tickets and weed are going to land him in jail for a year. Hardly a criminal, just needed a planner to keep his court dates straight and keep the weed at the house.

They create jobs. Just like we don't need a military with more capability than the next 30 countries below us combined. Just like we are one of the only countries with law enforcement strictly assigned to traffic. Just like we have a now gigantic Border Patrol that does nothing but drive pavement in lifted F-350's. Just we have the highest number of imprisoned people.
