Parents were big fans, I scored their vinyl when they downsized.
Back around 1980 or so, someone gave my mom a couple of tickets to his show at the Spokane Opera House. Mom didn't want to go so my little sister and I went. Turned out to be pretty good seats. I had no idea who he was, but the show was great. One of those guys who was a true entertainer.
