What's sad is that the rioters reinforce negative perceptions of the community in which they live.

It's not their fault. They simply aren't given an opportunity. All of those outstanding young men an women seen burning and looting their neighborhoods all have hungered for an opportunity to bust their asses to make themselves better. It's just that the mean old whiteman won't let them.
