This is the future template. This makes sense to me. If the athlete breaks the contract then maybe the school taking that transfer should foot a bill for reparations for the broken contract.
Wisconsin may sue player for transfering outside the portal.
I don't know how much ground the B1G schools have in the next 7 months to sue a transferring player, considering that the athletes have no clue how much revenue they'll be sharing with the school until July 1st.
