Clearly an unwarranted decision. A rifle braced against your shoulder is clearly legal. A pistol braced against your forearm is clearly a weapon of mass destruction. A dem president should have the unilateral right to ban things to protect us. When Congress doesn't pass laws, then nothing gets done. An under the Constitution, Article II, a dem president is the getter done guy.
But how long to strike it down? Creating 30million plus felons who were not prior is not right. They say you can register it as a short barreled rifle but that's just a ploy most likely. The Supremes warned them about not messing with stuff via new made up "rules" that are not laws and they have zero legislative power.
