Any reason why Tommy Brown from Mater Dei hasn't been offered?

He sucks.

Agree on this, his film is incredibly underwhelming for a "top 100" guy on both Scout/247. FFS Jaxson Kirkland had better Jr. film than this guy, and we didn't offer until a month before signing day.

Also he goes to Mater Dei, which is a major USC pipeline, but says he isn't really hearing from USC at all. That should tell you a lot.

This is a strange one. 4 star kid in three recruiting
sites. 5 SEC offers. 6 PAC 12 offers. Michigan.
Gotta be something more than appears. Maybe he
killed somebody when he was 13.

He recently was named as one of the top performers at the Under Armour camp in Southern California. Supposedly he didn't lose any rep that reporters saw.

I couldn't say as far as why Washington or USC haven't offered him yet. I'm not sure that not offering early in the process means a school doesn't like a player. However, he did recently say that he hasn't really heard from SC which might be a bigger indicator of interest.

Right now, despite not holding an offer, he is considered an Alabama lean as his dad went there as a scholarship athlete in track (shot put).

He's fine 1-on-1, but he's too fucking slow to play well in space. Good luck running a screen behind him...
