I feel like changing to Celsius would be really easy. Like numbers in farenheit are totally arbitrary. [/i][/b]
Only thing I know is to take the steak off at 125.
Plus the only things you really read temp off are electronic and they all have C built in

The change to Celsius would take me like a week max.
Mostly to bitch about why it's hot or cold outside. But moving to several climates around the country they are kind of relative so it doesn't matter much.
