I feel like changing to Celsius would be really easy. Like numbers in farenheit are totally arbitrary.
Only thing I know is to take the steak off at 125.
Plus the only things you really read temp off are electronic and they all have C built in

I need
1. Freezing temp (oh zero great)
2. Steak temp
3. Pork temp
4. Chicken temp
That's it
The change to Celsius would take me like a week max.
Mostly to bitch about why it's hot or cold outside. But moving to several climates around the country they are kind of relative so it doesn't matter much.
Metric system is a bit trickier. Not myself but like infrastructure wise

Having lived overseas I can honestly say that I bothered converting temperatures for like the first two days and then gave up and said fuck it. I knew 40C was too fucking hot and that it was cold near 0. Everything else didn't really matter.
