When I was 8 years old I saw the Mariners play the New York Yankees in the Kingdome on Bat Night. M's scored 9 runs in the bottom of the first en route to a 16-1 win. Billy Martin got thrown out in the first inning. Absolutely went ape shit on the home plate umpire. The crowd loved it.
