I don't like to consider things such as 1) good (aka expensive) seats are already sold weeks ago or that 2) ticket prices generally decrease as the game approaches as people become more desperate to offload their tickets, or that 3) some games generate more secondary sellers (hello Georgia State!), and price adjusts for supply to meet demand.
