I know people who have said similar things to me and even post it on FB. A 0% return on money governments overcharge you for and they are benevolent enough to give it back to you each year. “Tax me more” idiots like @HHusky could just send their refunds back to the general fund but won’t ever do it unless they can force it on everyone else.

Edited to say that with inflation rising each quarter at a substantial rate, it’s negative growth on the same dollar paid a year ago.

I love how demorats always want to talk about equal pay but will never talk about the endless wars funded by taxes. Probably 50% of every dollar earned it going to foreign wars and foreign countries.
