4 things standout

1. Fisch and the offense can’t get any rhythm in the 1st Q, putting pressure on the D to get stops til they figure it out.
   
   2. Can’t run a basic screen pass, teams can toss it out of the game plan each week.

3. They can’t score in the red zone, especially inside the 10.
4. The basic center/QB snap is hard, just stop trying to do it?

Not shocked losing to Rutgers, this is a below average team and so far, poorly coached.

shout out to Stevie B, the one person who’s got his shit wired tight, I was wrong. The D has played their collective asses off through 5 games. This all rests squarely on Fisch/Carroll offense.

Honestly Gross obviously had a bad game but I don't think this should be about him at all. He's a good kicker over all and Fisch is the one making him kick an average of 45 yards per kick

actually do think our d will play good enough to give the team a chance to win against non tier 1 teams but by no means they are elite

That's an old take. PSU has been top 20 in scoring each of the last 2 years. They're 7th ypg and 5th in ypp so far this year.

Plus going for it on 4th and goal and getting stopped did not help Grady's confidence for the next two kicks.
