I wanted to fire Grubb so many times but also loved so many play calls. When DeBitchass left us hanging high dry Grubb stepped up and wanted to be the Leader of the Dawgs. He had the balls to say it out loud. I will always respect him for that and who knows maybe in the future he might be.
