"Everybody" had stories about him hitting on their girlfriends in college. Nothing further developed until the past 5 years when he returned. There were rumblings about this actual inappropriate stuff in the past 12 months or so, but not really to the degree of what came the past 2 days.
Pretty much this. WSU is never getting rid of him without cause. He is always given extensions and raises for finishing unranked and at best tied for fourth place in the conference. There is no level of expectation here. Nobody legitimate wants him, so he's here as long as he wants to coach.
SCOTUS came nowhere close to even considering the business and discrimination issues. Their entire ruling was about the animosity the local commission showed against the baker dude.
